Hi,

I'm quite new here, but I wanted to start a business here and I'm in similar situation. I know this post is old, but did you succeeded after 4 years? Also I want to start an ApS company. I will register for CVR and my first year turnover will be under 50 000kr. I work on another place but I want to be self employed on this business. Do I need to pay tax and etc? Can you recommend some accountant to do that for me? How do I issue payment documents? Do I need a cashier machine?

Just a quick advise: once you register for a CVR no. your company information is sold to other companies - some of which will try selling you worthless advertising placement online. Often they make it sound as if they are calling from some official government unit/department/office and trying to trick you into buying something you don't need and aren’t getting anything from.

When they call, just say NO, or if what they are offering sounds somewhat interesting then ask to be called back in a few days while you "think" about the offer - and then ask here at Amino... we know the bad guys :-)
Once you say you want to think about is they will tell you that it is a limited offer, soon to expire, never to be seen again ... and so on... ignore that, once again they are trying to trick you.

If you expect to get over DKK 50.000 this year you should register for VAT right away.

You should always get a CVR number. It takes a few days and is real easy. Just fill this one: http://webregforum.pro.dir.dk/log/eogs/library/startblanket-revideret2-prod-maj06.pdf

There should not be any companies without CVR numbers. All companies should have a CVR number if not they are ''just'' private persons.

does that mean i can get going until the first 50000 dkk ?I dont hinkiwill reach that in the next 3 month :)can i wait?but can i write faktura or deal wih companys without a cvr number ?

All kind of business activites should have a CVR number. It is easy to get.

You need to register as paying VAT aswell if your business has a turnover of more than 50.000 DKK
