I would think of this, as buying with sale in mind. Any outreach would be for sales. But if you are researching domains, and you find out that Kamil has a domain name you are interested in, and you contact him for buying it, it would be fine.

Yes I have renewed this one and it is now registered in Denmark, I started to prepare my domains for usage, I have huge number of them and I think that I will do not use this once without .com (less popular TLDs) . Do you know how about renting a domain in .dk ? I do it in Europe and Asia

You can fully legal sell danish websites where the domain is included.

It is allowed to sell .dk domains, however it is not allowed buying .dk domains with sales in mind (and then selling this way).

But if you somewhere listed your domains just to keep track of how many/which you own, maybe some interested people would contact you in order to ask if you were interested in selling.
