Jeg får præcis samme fejl på min side. Og der er så træls!! Håber I måske kan hjælpe??

Jeg får denne besked fra Wordpress (Fejl ved behandlingen af bestillingen. Forsøg venligst igen.)

Har talt med Nets, der fortæller, at de ikke har modtaget betaling via kort siden d. 7. august. Jeg frygter, at de annulleringer vi har haft fra kunder skyldes, at de ikke kan gennemføre betaling, når de vælger "betalingskort" på siden. Aftalen ser fin ud hos Nets, men kan I hjælpe mig? Foreløbig har vi mistet 4 ordrer á ca. 700-800 kr. :(

Ja tusind tak!

Dog var det ikke fordi der kun må være 22 karakterer.. Der må slet ikke være noget. :(

Jeg husker nu hvorfor jeg indsatte en tekst. Jeg åbner nummer 2 webshop som skal køre gennem samme gateway hos Quickpay, og fik af vide jeg skulle skrive en tekst i statement, så der kunne kendes forskel på kundefaktura hos kunden.

Men det ser så ud til det ikke virker.

Tak for din tid.. Det er så frustrerende når det ikke virker. :)

Hi there,

This error most likely occurs due to an error communicating with the API. Please go to the system logs in "WooCommerce" -> "System settings" -> "Logs" -> "woocommerce-quickpay.....log" to find the request errors

Har nu opdateret til WooCommerce 2.5.0 men dette hjalp desværre ikke.

Jeg har regeneret API nøgler hos Quickpay og opdateret Quickpay plugin med samme. Dette hjalp heller ikke.

Det er kort-betaling der ikke virker. Men når jeg kører en test hos Clearhaus virker det. :S
