&lt;p&gt;An example in my industry:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ul&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Build a website that collect 5 new leads per week (if each new lead is worth say 1000,-) = so 2500,- a week for the website (but would have to be locked for some time, for example 3 months. So thats 60,000dkk of new leads minus the website of 30,000dkk&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;div&gt;That means the customer would pay 30K for the website, but have a Return on investment they can see, and its in the Agencies best interest to make the website get leads&lt;/div&gt;
