You are entering a very competitive market as most offices etc. already have contracts with cleaning firms. However if you can make a competitive offer both in terms of quality as well as price, to newly established companies, you might have a shot!

Good luck - but be aware that it might be very difficult!

Hi is there anyone that can help. I am working nwith a small start up firm that operates in cleaning of private and fitness centers. We are looking to expand into office cleaning as we have experience in thae area and now are looking to start up. I would like to know if anyone has ideas on how best to contact companies and make contracts with them. Work foce is not a problem as we have many appliants with experience in office cleaning.
