The best solution for you is to find someone in Denmark that can represent you and your products. An Agent/Distributor who knows the market, all the other products and the Danish people. It is much more reliable and you would easier enter the market as you have the important knowlegde.

It is simply tooooo far away to sit in South Africa and then have contact with the market in Denmark. So make a product cataloug or presentation and then try to find someone you can work with.

Svar: Beverage import

http://www.skat.dk/SKAT.aspx?oId=213873&vId=0&x=US

What kind of non alcoholic beverage is it?

The Coca Cola Company got most of the flavours and top sellers ind in Denmark, so you could start by looking there.

Check this: http://coca-cola.dk/contentstore/da_DK/pages/products/

And the only place in the world where Faxe Kondi has a big place in the heart - is in Denmark!. Strangely enough. Its the Lemon-Lime segment, and thats why Sprite isent so big in Denmark like in other countries.

The Only marked which are growing is ENERGY, so hopefully your product is filled with Guarana :-)

Good luck!

I have a small idea of importing non-alcoholic beverage from South Africa to Denmark. I have searched the web for some time but unfortunately I haven't found any specific information. But I fount this forum which I hope will help me.

As I am new in business world, I don't really know where to start. Could any one tell me what kind of company should I open? Where could I get information regarding regulations of importing to Denmark? (preferably in English). Also is there any website where it is possible to check what kind of products are already imported?
