As a private owned one man company - enkeltmandsvirksomhed - you can only have one CVR which is connected to you CPR - You can close it, and you will get the same CVR if you re-open.

You can connect several SE numbers to you CVR and have separate accounting duties and VAT if you want. Only one CVR and one and the same tax reporting but separate VAT accounting and result/balance, which are then accumulated into on report

Do note, that there is an extra job with this accounting and that you may often just operate more than one trade/industry under the same CVR if you want. There can be advantages with both.

You get an extra SE by using nemID to go into you profile in virk.dk if you are sure you want to do this

You can also found companies (like IVS and ApS) as many as you like, all giving work obviously and a list of duties which will cost. Expect between 5-10.000 per year at least per company

Hi all,

If I register a second company under my name ,will I have a new CVR besides the old one?

I got an answer from virk.dk, and I am quite confused.

You can as the owner of an individual enterprise have only one CVR number. If you have activities for example in two different industries, you can create an SE number instead.

An SE number is an administrative unit of a company registration number, which you lead separate accounts for. There is no limit on the number of SEs.

You can create a SE number of Virk Report. SKAT, which approves creation.

SE numbers are published in the CVR on Virk.
