Danish grocery market - how to enter?

Hello guys :)

(I'm sorry if this is not the right category
)
We are four students from Uppsala University in Sweden and are assigned to do a market analysis of the Danish grocery market.

More specifically, we are going to simulate an Ice creams company's establishment in the Danish grocery stores.
I've read your forums and received a lot of useful information on how to enter into certain stores, but still have some general questions.

Here they come:
- How do companies mainly get in contact with suppliers COOP, Dansk Supermarked and Dagrofa stores?
- How do these big suppliers normally handle the purchasing of goods? Is this something local store managers are responsible for, or do any of these suppliers have central purchase management?
- Do you find the Danish population open to more international brands, and especially Swedish?
- (bonus) Do you have any specific view on the ice cream market as of now?

We would be really grateful if you could take some minutes to answer these questions above. It would mean the world (and hopefully, a good grade) to us!!! :)

Kind regards,
Emil
