Since the company is a personal company (enkeltmandsvirksomhed) you can not get any information regarding the company in public registries, orher than cvr.no etc

The company is identical with the person and therefore it will be closed down as it is, but the family have different options dependent upon asstets, finance etc as I mentioned before.

The family will have to contact the court, and I would personally also contact a lawyer.

Since it is a personal company, the business will be closed down and the family have to contact the court to settle how things should continue.

There are a few choices but they wery much are dependent on circumstances such as assets, finance etc.

Personallu I would contact a lawyer, maybe there is a lawyer connected to the business already.

Ophørt = The business has been closed and there are no more assets/activities related to this entity, it no longer exists.
