Personligt kan jeg godt gøre gode forretninger med bekendte - men jeg undgår at gøre det med gode venner.

Gør jeg det, sørger jeg for at skille kommunikationen i ex mails, så jeg eksempelvis ikke blander privat snik snak med forretning ex en faktura som ikke er blevet betalt.

På den måde viser jeg at vi er venner, men vi har altså også en forretning sammen. Personen kan også lettere sende min mail videre til sit bogholderi, uden først at skulle rense den for privat snik snak.

Jeg kunne ikke drømme om at starte en virksomhed med en der ikke var i min allertætteste vennekreds.

Vores vision om en virksomhed, blev grundlagt for 10 år siden under en nytårsfest, og vi har siden da, arbejdet målrettet sammen. Det har jeg aldrig fortrudt.

Til gengæld ligger der givetvis nogle dreng-pige forskelle - altså grundliggende forskelle i, hvorledes vi løser konflikter, og således om et venskab kan bære et tæt og intimt samarbejde - med stress over tid.

Jeg hælder egentlig mere til at sige; start aldrig en virksomhed med en, du ikke kender godt nok, men alt andet lige er det forkert at sætte så skarpe ´regler´ op for den slags.
