At kræve andres annoncer fjernet, som mere eller mindre bevidst bliver trigget (ja, det kan ske uden at virksomheden selv ved det) svarer til, at Google ikke må vise andet end dine resulater i de organiske søgeresultater - eller, at der ikke må være andre annoncer i avisen fra dine konkurrenter når folk kikker i avisen efter din annonce. Så vil jeg tro I først skal forsøge om i kan få det reg. som et danskvaremærke (ordmærke (W)) hos Patent og Varemærkestyrelsen(www.dkpto) i klasse 35 det koster 2350,- at lave ansøgningen, men det er jo billigt hvis du kan få et dokument med lidt kongekroner som du kan bruge over for google, og på den måde få "Luxstore" udelukket af de danske annoncekampanger og på den måde udelukke jeres kollegaer i at bruge jeres navn som "trikker" i deres kampanger.
Brug evt denne formulering -> 35: Detailhandel, herunder i form af Internethandel med tøj mode og accessories.
Det skal siges vi lige er gået igang med at få reg. et nyt varemærke og her sagde de behandlingstiden var ca. et halvt år.
