Hvilke EU land klienter skal betale MOMS på mine coaching services?

Hi everyone

I am a life coach and until now I have mostly been coaching for free. I am starting to get some payments in but mostly from clients outside EU and I know I don't have to add VAT to my services.

I know I have to add VAT to danish clients and other european clients but I can't seem to find information on which ones.

I need this to update the VAT settings on my PAY PAL account so that they can identify where the client is paying from and add or not add the VAT accordingly.
