Consultancy Assignments abroad while based in DK...?

Dear Aminos members,

First sorry to write in English, but my Danish is too bad to explain such a complex topic ;)

I live in Denmark, and have been offered to become a consultant to work in a consortium, but the assignements would be based outside of Denmark, and mostly missions of 2 weeks at a time.

Hence, I am wondering if:

1. being paid a consulting fee outside of DK (at lower rates since taxes are lower) and paying Danish taxes (around 50%) is worth the trouoble?
2. If yes, what is the best form of enterprise? Would a Holding be best? or a Sole Trade type of company (enkeltmandsfirma)?
3. Is there any possibility of tax exemptions in such situations
4. Would it be better to create the company abroad (I am thinking of France) with a partner that could register the company in France but still allow me to live in DK?
