My Potential business partner and I would like to make it official and start our partnership.

We would like to divide it 60/40 with me at 60%.

What should we do next?

Maybe someone has a list for example....

get business partnership agreement template
invest same amount money
open 2 bank accounts

I have no idea what to do next, but want to do it right.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Maybe you could try to look at www.contractstore.com. I have used some of their templates before and they seem quite alright. Also you can call them and explain what you need. But as you know, you could (or schould) maybe contact a lawyer, if the contract and business relation is of highest importance for you. But again, we all want to save money... ;o)
