Iam in the process of bankruptacy. I must attend a court meeting by first week of March.
I owe 150000 dk to skat. I missed to check the letter from skat so it want to gæld and they filed petition for bankruptacy. Gældstyrelsen are not giving so much time.
I can repay if I got 6 to 8 months time. But they are demanding payment in one time or I need to face consequences.
Can some lawyer help me to reconstruct the situation. I don't want to close my company. Kindly let me know
