Hi,

Are you interested in investing / manufacturing in East Europe, Romania?

A few points to be considered would be:

- Man-power costs - much lower;

- Man-power highly qualified;

- EU founding;

- Energy costs not very high;

- Land prices still affordable;

- Infrastructure – OK;

- Big potential market; (23milions inhabitants, 9th largest member of the EU 27 by size (38,931 square km) and the 7th largest by population);

- The intended city is very good positioned inside the country: close to the capital city and other major cities. Itself is a big city, industrial city, with the biggest industrial park in Romania, etc. 

- Inside EU – easy access to the European market;

- Attractive location: allowing an easy access to the countries of the former CIS countries, Balkans, the Middle East and Northern Africa;

- Low living cost;

- Etc.

I am interested having detailed discussions with any person or small/medium size company interested in a co-investment in order to relocate the production or increase it, entering the Romanian market through a local branch, etc. Therefore, I am ready to consider any opportunity that may arise.

I would like to mention that am ready to get involved 100% in terms of money, time and expertise in the industrial technical area.
