Phone number web management for Global Customer support

Hvor mange stjerner giver du? :

I need to setup a call center with phone numbers in over 35 countries. Is there a web utility where this is possible? 

I remember I saw some time ago a guy who could create numbers online and even setup IVR. The countries are in 

all three regions, Americas, Emea and Apac. 

Any idea?

Det er jo præcis det jeg har brug for, men tyve numre er nok lidt for lidt, jeg har brug for flere, men uanset hvad, det er et godt link, tusind tak, hvis du kender andre steder please giv et lyd.

We offer inbound numbers from all over the world. And we don't stop at 20 or 30 countries...  
Our prices for a "none-danish" inbound number are as low as 50 DKK - that's it :-)

-Can we have voicemail or IVR?

-Can we forward calls?

-How quick can one create a new number and set it up with voice mail or IVR?

-How is the sound quality?

-Can you report on the number of calls, abandoned calls, dropped calls and SLAs?

What is the cost per minute in each country, how is that invoiced?
