Det er en god ide at skrive direkte til udbyderen når man gerne vil have svar på spørgsmål. Normalvis får man mere korrekte svar herfra, og de er (næsten) altid villige til at hjælpe, da de jo gerne vil have at du bruger og køber deres produkter og services.
Jeg har skrevet til dem for dig, og fik dette svar:

Are you referring to the blue tab on your site that lets you login or the SumoMe branding on the tools?
You can hide the login badge by logging into your SumoMe account, going to "Settings" > "Badge" and selecting "Hidden" under Badge location.
Once you do this, the badge will be hidden even to you if you are not logged in. To access your SumoMe account when your badge is hidden check our article:

Upgrading any individual app to PRO or upgrading to SumoMe Pro will remove the SumoMe branding from your website.
