How to get alcohol Importer license in Denmark

First of all I want to apologise for not speaking Dabish. However I need an advice on a question that haven't sorted out yet.

I am a part of a team of entrepreneures based in Italy and we are keen to open up a bar or a couple in Denmark. We have our buying company in Italy that will cover supply bit and then we want to open up a Danish company here to enable operations. It was said by one of the logistics companies that we deal with that applying for alcohol importer license in Denmark wouldn't be hard and we can handle imports clearance on our own, 

The question is then : what are alcohol importer license requirements, how hard is it to obtain such a license for a business which main operational activity is running bars and in general, should we bother and it is better to find a contractor who will be able to cover this area for us?
