Ambitious marketing manager to join your team?

Hi Amino'ers!

I am looking to join the small company or a startup with my marketing experience and knowledge. After days and days of researching jobs and finding alternative ways to apply for jobs I came to conclusion, that the market is a little bit overfilled with people like me. No mater how high the motivation to learn and to work I have, I always end up getting no jobs simply because I am competing with people who have 5-10 years of experience!
So is there a company (partnership would be interesting too) who needs a very motivated and hard working girl to help with the company's brand and online presence? Any leads would be super appreciated! :)
